new injection method

find nier location
decrypt exe with https://github.com/atom0s/Steamless ON the users pc from their steam folder (idea by william to make this all legal)
put decrypted exe together with steam_api.dll and symbolic link to data folder in \nao-app\nier-automata-mod-loaders

now no other mods get injected and we have a normalized setup allowing us more reliability

for steamusers we fully automata step 1 (https://crates.io/crates/steamlocate)
also now we start the process suspended and use remote injection so we can apply the proxies BEFORE niers entry point starts
