[Yorha Protocol] Make hap areas and actions selectable via mouse

when inside hap tab if move with mouse over an hap action, it will be highlighted, selectable. If selected all info for the hap action will be shown in the selected object panel and an gizmo appears at the origin for moving, rotating and scaling.
